I would like to say a very big thank-you to everyone who joined us for today’s workshop.
During the workshop we found out how the children use drama to develop their ideas for creative writing. Through a variety of fun activities, we discovered how drama supports knowledge and understanding of a range of writing genres. We also found out how to extend the use of exciting vocabulary, encouraging the children to be confident and excited writers!
We certainly had a lot of fun and it was lovely to see everyone enjoying all the activities.
Here are some of the comments from today’s workshop:
“It has been good, fun and informative. I’ve really enjoyed it.”
“The workshop was great and gave the parents and children a good understanding of the subject and poetry."
“Great way to help and learn with my own children.”
Our science workshop saw us enjoying how to make slime, raisins jump, volcanoes bubble and a firm favourite was watching the coke bottle explode when the Mentos and coke reacted! A great time was had by all. Keep your eyes peeled for our next workshop
